Volunteers needed for MiCareer Quest event

MiCareer Quest is looking for volunteers to help with an event that involves high school freshmen later in the spring.

Event organizers said a career day will be staged for St. Joseph County ninth graders from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 9 at the Doyle Center in Sturgis.

Volunteers are able to choose which shift they’d prefer to work: 8 to 11:30, 11 to 3 o’clock or 8 to 4. Volunteers will be given a T-shirt and lunch.
