Glen Oaks plans political forum with local candidates

Here’s a reminder that Glen Oaks Community College later this month is hosting a political forum involving candidates for local races.

The two-night event will begin May 29 with the two candidates for drain commissioner, followed by representatives involved in the five-person race for sheriff.

On May 30, the agenda begins with a session involving candidates for probate judge. It will be followed by those running for the prosecuting attorney’s office and concludes with candidates for state representative.

The forum begins at 5 p.m. both nights.
