The St. Joseph County United Way has set up a catastrophic fund for the family of a Cass County sheriff’s deputy.
Detective Joe Sheteron tragically passed away recently and the United Way is hoping to raise funds for his family. Sheteron was a veteran and Cass County detective, and his family lives in Three Rivers. Sheteron left behind a wife and three children.
The United Way will send 100 percent of the funds received in the catastrophic fund to Joe’s wife and children.
