A handful of local communities voted to pass road millages on Tuesday night.
With all precincts fully reporting as of 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, three communities voted “yes” in fairly close races.
Two communities, both Park Township and Nottawa Township, had renewals on the ballot. The Park Township road renewal passed with better than 52 percent “yes” votes. Nottawa Township’s was a bit more positive with nearly 64 perent of the votes cast as “yes.”
Flowerfield Township was the closest of the three races on Tuesday.
It’s road millage proposal passed by just a dozen votes at 212-200.
