It’s still over a month away, but it’s not too early to mark your kitchen calendar for Friday, October 23. The Sons of American Legion (SAL), will host a Walleye Fish Fry that evening from 5 to 7 PM. This will be a special Friday evening dinner at the American Legion in Three Rivers.
Bring the family out for crispy walleye, french fries, coleslaw and a roll. The special thing about this is everyone eats for $16/person.
Everyone seems to enjoy the Legion’s Fish dinners, held the last Friday of every month, so having walleye available will make this event even more special. Mark those calendars, contact your friends and neighbors and come enjoy great food and good company. We look forward to seeing you there!
Next week has some special days. Yom Kippur begins Sunday evening, September 20, and Autumn begins Tuesday, the 22nd. Where has the summer gone?
Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone, never telephoned his wife or mother, because they were both deaf.
See you Out and About!
