Additional concealed carry training offered

Due to substantial interest in last week’s class, St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office will provide another refresher training on concealed-pistol carry laws at no cost to the public.

Undersheriff Jason Bingaman will host the 90-minute event, starting at 6 p.m. May 14 at the Sheriff’s Training Center, 602 E. Main St. in Centreville.

Training focuses on a review of laws pertaining to concealed carry, including new laws that went into effect on Feb. 13.
