Timothy Alan “Timmy” Johnson, age 62, of Colon, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024 in Kalamazoo.
He was born March 19, 1962, in Sturgis, son of Kenneth and Virgie (Westra) Johnson.
Tim enjoyed playing pool with his friend, Scott.
He is survived by his sons: Derek of Colombia, Tennessee and Steven of Three Rivers; grandson: Xavier of Sturgis; his mother: Virgie Johnson of Sturgis; brother: Larry (Laura) Johnson of Sturgis; sisters: Julie (Claude) Hoffman of Paoli, Indiana and Valarie (Wayne) Baldwin of Colon and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: Kenneth Johnson and stepson: Justin Bennett.
In accordance with Timmy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 Sunday, July 21st, at the Sturgis Womans Club, 1001 Walker St. in Sturgis.
