Juan D. Perez-Irizarry, age 86, of Three Rivers, formerly of Puerto Rico passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 30, 1923 in Puerto Rico the son of Juan and Juana (Irizarry) Perez. He spent many years there and was employed by the city of Anasco, Puerto Rico before moving to Three Rivers.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving family, wife, Telesfora Velez, of Three Rivers; three sons, William Perez and Alfredo Perez, both of Puerto Rico, and Luis (Laura) Perez, of Three Rivers; three daughters, Anna Vasquez, Gladys Perez, and Luz Maria Perez, all of Three Rivers; one sister, Julia Perez, of Philadelphia, PA.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery Three Rivers, MI.
