Christina Sue Miller, age 45, of Nottawa, passed May 14, 2009, at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
Christina was born Dec. 13, 1963 in Sturgis, the daughter of William and Josephine (Wickey) Miller.
She had lived all of her life in Nottawa, graduating from Centreville High School with the class of 1983. She then received her registered nurses degree from Glen Oaks Community College in Centreville.
Christina had worked at several area nursing homes as a register nurse. She was a member of the Wasepi Mennonite Chapel.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed time spent with her niece and nephew.
She is survived by her parents, Bill and Josephine Miller of Nottawa; brother, Timothy Miller of Sturgis; niece, Josie Ann Miller of Schoolcraft; nephew, Joshua Timothy Miller of Colon;, and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Wasepi Mennonite Chapel. Funeral services celebrating the life of Christina Sue Miller will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Word Fellowship Church, 27570 Marvin Road, Centreville, Mich., with ministers Randy Miller and Doyle Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery in Findley.
