Judith A. Kline, age 75, of Sturgis, Mich., passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009, at the Sturgis Hospital.
She was born Aug. 27, 1934, in Mendon, a daughter of the late LaVerne and Thelma (Kancamp) Lee.
On April 14, 1956, she married Leo Lee Kline in Burr Oak. He preceded her in death April 19, 2001.
Judith was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burr Oak, and she enjoyed ceramics and painting.
Surviving are one daughter, Malinda Kline of Sturgis; one son, Philip (Colleen) Kline of Tekonsha; two grandchildren, Darryl Kline of Rollo, Mo., and Dexter Kline of Tekonsha; and one sister, Joyce Henyon of Saugatuck.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 10:30 a.m.-noon Wednesday, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burr Oak.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held immediately following the visitation on Wednesday at noon at the church with the Rev. Kurt Kuhlmann, officiating. Interment will follow in Burr Oak Cemetery.
