Richard L. Milhollin, age 53 of Three Rivers, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at his home. He was born in Three Rivers on May 15, 1956 the son of Norman and Donna (Wells) Milhollin. He graduated from Three Rivers High School. Richard served in the Marines during the Vietnam Era. He married Kathy Emmerling in Centreville August 24, 1982. He worked as a die cutter for Fibre Converters, enjoyed yard work, sports, working in his garage and was a Tigers fan.
Richard is survived by his wife Kathy; 2 sons, Scott (Traci) Linares of Traverse City; Kory Milhollin of Three Rivers; 2 daughters, Jennifer and Kortny Milhollin both of Three Rivers; 3 grandchildren, Mara, Ethan and Emma Lea Linares; mother, Donna; 2 brothers, Randy (Donita) Milhollin of Three Rivers and Geoffrey Milhollin of Vandalia; 2 sisters, Tonya (Steve) Shoemaker and Lisa Hartman both of Three Rivers. He was preceded in death by his father and both sets of grandparents.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Eickhoff, Farrand, Halverson Chapel in Three Rivers. Cremation will follow visitation. Memorials may be directed to the family. Online register and condolences may be left at www.efhchapel.com
