Michael Mowry, age 61 of Sturgis, a loving and gentle man his entire
life passed away early Wednesday morning August 5, 2009 at the Sturgis
Hospital.
He was born July 31, 1948 in Sturgis, Michigan a son to the late Russell
and Mildred (Kelly) Mowry.
Mike was a life long resident of Sturgis.
He is survived by One Brother; Dr. Robert (Betsy) Mowry of Sturgis, One
Sister; Laura (Bill) Mowry Holtz of Monona, Wisconsin and several nieces
and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers; Thomas
Mowry, Douglas Mowry and William Mowry.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. No services are
scheduled. Private burial of the ashes will take place at Oak Lawn
Cemetery in Sturgis.
The Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel, 114 S. Nottawa St.,
Sturgis, MI 49091 is entrusted with the arrangements.
