Janice (Jackie) M. Blade, 79, of Three Rivers passed away Monday, March 8, 2010 at Fairview Living Center following a lengthy battle with cancer.
Janice was born the daughter of Clairice Kriegbaum Gregory and Donald Sandvig on May 28, 1930. She loved her garden and was an accomplished artist. She was a Chicago Bears fan and loved her family.
Janice is survived by her daughter, Tanya Britton; a stepson, Kenn Blade; grandchildren, Larry (Elizabeth) Britton, Renae Britton, Elaine Britton and Mark (Selena) Britton of Las Vegas, NV; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Craig Vincent Knachel and Kirk Douglas Knachel.
A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held May 29, 2010 at her granddaughter’s home. Notices will be sent at a later date. Memorials may be directed to her family at that time. Special thanks to Three Rivers Hospice for their great love and compassion.
