Joshua Ezekiel LeVan, 30 minutes old, of Mishawaka, Ind., died Feb. 28, 2010, at South Bend Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 28 2010, the son of Jonathan and Kristin (Worden) LeVan.
Surviving are his parents; grandparents, Dr. Nelson and Glenda Worden of Bremen, Ind., and Gary and Gail LeVan of Constantine; great-grandfather, Floyd LeVan Jr. of Union; great-grandmother, Pauline Jones of Three Rivers and great-grandmother Dorothy Schrock of Constantine.
A celebration service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark Missionary Church in Mishawaka, Ind., with visitation one hour prior. Graveside services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Kessington (Sailor) Cemetery in Union, Mich., with Darin Garton, of Oak Creek Community Church officiating.
Memorials may be directed to the Christian Fellowship Missions.
Arrangements were handled by the Thompson-Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home of Wakarusa, Ind.
