Edmond Charles Templin, 88, of Three Rivers, passed away on Aug. 25, 2010 at his home. He was born in Springfield, Ill., on May 10, 1922 the son of Herman and Anna (Cimel) Templin.
Mr. Templin served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was self-employed as a tile setter and home improvements for over 50 years.
He was preceded by his parents, one brother, Arthur Templin and one sister, Edna Templin along with his wife Marie Templin.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two half-siblings, Florie Margiotta and Theodore Jarrett; one nephew, Jerome Templin, of Calumet City, Ill., two nieces, Celeste Houlihan of Hammond, Ind., and Adrenne Bianchi, of Dyer, Ind.; and numerous cousins.
Graveside Services will be held at noon on Saturday, Sept. 18 at the Moorepark Cemetery, with Pastor Bob Anderson officiating.
Military Honors will be held under the auspices of the American Legion Hice-Shutes Post #170.
