Julie Ann Todd of White Pigeon died Oct. 10, 2010.
She was born Dec. 9, 1938, in Sturgis, a daughter of the late Ralph and Julia Howard Blue.
Jack Todd and Julie were married Nov. 28, 1959. he preceded her in death Oct. 30, 2003.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ike Blue and Harry Blue; a brother-in-law, George Leist; and a nephew, Bob Blue.
Julie graduated in 1957 from Sturgis High School and attended Michigan State University. She retired from Syndicate, Middlebury, Ind., in 2003. Julie was a member of White Pigeon 1st Presbyterian Church, Circle of Hope and Friends of White Pigeon Library. She belonged to two bridge clubs.
Julie is survived by her children, Nick Todd, of Sturgis, Jef (Michelle) Todd, Centreville, Lisa Todd (Hilary Noskin), Albuquerque, N.M., and Marc (Sharon) Todd of Sturgis; grandchildren Kyle, Carly and Sam Todd of Centreville, Ashley Todd of Angola, Ind., and Conner Todd of Sturgis; a great-grandson, Xavier Todd, of Angola; and special friends and caregivers John and Nyla Erhardt and Randy, Ben and Luc Osborn. Julie’s cat, Cougar, was always a great comfort to her.
Julie loved her family, spending time with Lisa in Albuquerque, playing cards in Three Rivers and Constantine. She was an avid reader.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in White Pigeon, with the Revs. Kaszar and Wilbur Brandli officiating. Interment will be in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
