Khloe Tuttle, 6 months

Khloe Kerieana Tuttle, age 6 months, 19 days, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at Mott’s Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor.

She was born May 12, 2010, in Kalamazoo, a daughter of Anthony and Janyn (Meek) Tuttle, who survive along with a brother, Nicholas Tuttle, and grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Kerry Meek and a great-grandmother, Alice Miller.

Khloe enjoyed time with her brother watching cartoons.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hackman Family Funeral Home Rosenberg Chapel, 807 E. Chicago Road, Sturgis, with the Rev. Clarence Combs, 5 Corners Baptist Church in Wolcottville, Ind., officiating.

Memorial donations may be directed to the family to be used to start a non-profit research organization for Khloe’s Pulmonary Veneous Stenosis. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
