Sherry G. Edson, 49, of Centreville, died Dec. 9, 2010. Sherry was born Oct. 12, 1961, in Berwyn, Ill., a daughter of George Karubas and Sandra Ingram.
She had been a Centreville area resident for several years and was employed with several local manufacturing firms over the years.
On Nov. 15, 2002, she was united in marriage to Glenn A. Edson who survives. Also surviving are three children, Jamie (Maureen) Karubas of Holly Springs, NC; Matthew Karubas of Livonia, Mich., and Thomas Holdsworth of Mendon, Mich.; her mother, Sandra (Shep Long) Karlovsky of Middleburg, Fla.; a sister, Sandra (Bo) Johnson of Middleburg, Fla.; three brothers, Johnny Thacker of Sturgis, Mich., Harold (Melissa) Stellner of Clay Center, Kan., and Frank (Julie) Stellner of Sturgis; her maternal grandmother, Lois Ingram of Sturgis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services and burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation.
