Cynthia Sue Case, age 51, of White Pigeon, passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at the Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater.
She was born April 1, 1959, in Fort Wayne, Ind., a daughter of the late Ben and Lillian (Barrand) Vest.
On Jan. 15, 1983, she married John Case in Angola, Ind .
Cynthia has resided in White Pigeon for the past 10 years and had been employed by Wal-Mart for 19 years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed working in the yard, lying in the sunshine, and spending time with her granddaughter. She was wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who always had time for her family.
Surviving are her husband, John; sons Matt (Heather) Case of LaGrange, Ind., and Jeff Fox of Minnesota; a granddaughter, Hallie Case; a sister, Brenda Moore of Butler, Ind.; a niece, Missy; and a nephew, Daniel.
According to her wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time, as cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating the life of Cynthia Sue Case will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family to help with expenses. Envelopes are available at the Hackman Family Funeral Home — Rosenberg Chapel, 807 E. Chicago Road, Sturgis, which is in charge of the arrangements.
