Michial Berchiatti, 69

Michial David Berchiatti, 69, of White Pigeon, died unexpectedly Friday, Sept. 9, 2001, in Auburn, Ind.

He was born March 7, 1942, in White Pigeon Township, a son of John and Rosemary (Davidson) Berchiatti.

He had been a resident of White Pigeon and Auburn, Ind., most of his life, and had been employed by Kirsch Company in Sturgis for many years.

He enjoyed traveling.

Surviving are two sisters, Patsy (Ray) Miller and Margie (Pete) Cholometes, all of White Pigeon; three brothers, Roger Berchiatti of White Pigeon, Greg Berchiatti of Florida and Jack (Dee) Berchiatti of California; several nieces and nephews; an aunt, Patty Milsap of Battle Creek; and special friends Harold Huff and Deena of Auburn, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Timothy.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wilbur Brandli officiating. Burial will follow in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
