Bim Staley, 56

Bim Robert Staley, age 56, of Three Rivers, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011. He was born in Montrose, MI. on July 5, 1955 the son of Robert J. and Dorothy (Anderson) Staley.

Bim has been a long time resident of the Three Rivers area. During the 1980’s he owned and operated “The Sled Shed” Motorcylce Repair and later during the 1990’s owned and operated Exhaust Works Plus along with Rides and Rods, formerly the Tire Barn. Bim truly enjoyed working and supporting the Three Rivers area and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Mr. Staley was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Staley, who passed on Dec. 7, 2010.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife, Loraine (maiden name) Staley, of Three Rivers, whom he married on January 25, 1989. His father, Robert J. Staley; one son, Cory Staley, of Three Rivers; two step-sons, Eric and Sean (April) Muntian, and their children, MaryJane and Kyle Muntian; sister, Penny Staley and Tom Olvitt, of Vicksburg, MI., and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until a time of Celebration and Remembrance of Bim’s Life at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
