Doris Marie Cooper, age 84, of Sturgis, MI. passed away peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 at Sturgis Hospital. Doris was born on August 4, 1927 in Gary, Indiana the daughter of William and Agnes(Petersen)Riordan.
Doris enjoyed spending time sewing and many other crafts.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack Cooper in 1979, one brother, and one granddaughter, Jennifer Webber.
Upon her request cremation has taken place. Graveside services will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery with Pastor Cal Kolzow of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.
