Jack Dawe, 80

Jack Curtis Dawe, age 80, of, Constantine, died Wednesday, November 16th, 2011 at his home. He was born in Fremont, MI on January 5, 1931,  a son of  Bernard and Catherine (Curtis) Dawe. Jack served in the US Army Air Corps. from 1949 – 1953.  On November 6, 1976 he married Thelma Danberry in Elkhart, IN.  Jack  worked as a truck driver for Windsor Mfg. in Bristol and Fairmont Mfg. in Nappanee, in the Mobile Home Industry.
Surviving Jack are his wife Thelma Dawe, Constantine,  children  Kim (Larry Linman) Dawe, Merrill, MI, Michael (Kristi Betzer)  Dawe, Alma, MI Tammy Dawe, Alma, MI,  Ronald (Penny) Reed, Constantine, MI, John (Charlene) Clark, Bronson, MI, David (Lila) Clark, Middlebury, IN, 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Kathy, granddaughter Sara Clark and grandson Todd Clark.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no public services. Memorials may be directed to Three Rivers Hospice, 222 S. Main St., Three Rivers, MI 49093. Online messages may be left for the family at www.eleyfuneralhomes.com.
