Edna J. Wilcox, 52, of White Pigeon, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, at Heartland Health Care in Three Rivers, following a sudden illness.
She was born Sept. 8, 1959, in Elkhart, Ind., a daughter of Harold B. and Vivian L. (Whirledge) Jewell.
She was a White Pigeon resident most of her life and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her father, Harold B. Jewell of Lake City; two brothers, Robert (Brandy) Jewell of White Pigeon and Joseph Jewell of Hot Springs, Ark.; sister, Suzanne (Steve) Terry of Tell City, Ind; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother.
There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Elkhart, Ind. Internment of cremains will be in White Pigeon Township Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be directed to the church. Envelopes are available at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon, which is in charge of arrangements.
