Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union has announced that its merger with St. Joseph Valley Community Federal Credit Union has been finalized.
The deal, which became official earlier this month, completes a process that started in September. As a result, former clients with the St. Joseph Valley Credit Union now fall under the services of Kellogg Community Credit Union, which has 10 locations in a three-county area, including a site in Three Rivers.
Kellogg officials said the addition of 1,200 new members and almost $5 million in assets brings its membership to 30,000 people and $369 million in assets.
