Fabius Township Adds To Panel

The River Country Recreational Authority has added a pair of Fabius Township residents to its panel.

Joining the newly created authority, which has formed to oversee development of trails within and between the township and the city of Three Rivers, are Annette Ashby and Jim Stuck. The two were selected by the Fabius Township Board of Trustees.

The city of Three Rivers, meanwhile, has tapped Luke Parsons as its representative. A second spot to be filled by a city resident is expected to be filled soon.

A fifth member will be named by the St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners.

Ashby is Fabius Township clerk and Stuck serves as president of the Three Rivers Area Community Foundation.
