Barbara June (Fair) Davis, 77, of Rosebush, formerly of Sturgis, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Woodland Hospice House.
Funeral services for Barbara are at Clark Family Funeral Chapelat 11 a.m. today with Cheryl Davis officiating. Interment will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Sturgis, Mich. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodland Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Barbara was born on March 12, 1934, in Sturgis, the daughter of C. Leroy and Beulah (Draime) Fair. She married Harold W. Davis, who preceded her in death in 1992. Barbara’s interests included ceramics, crafts, fishing, and playing games.
Barbara is survived by her son Michael and daughter-in-law Cheryl Davis of Rosebush; four grandchildren, Jason (Shannon Casey) Davis, Mitch (Jenny) Davis, Shawn (Dawn) Davis, and Amy (Drew Strich) Davis; four great-grandchildren, Dustin, Isabelle, Landon, and Evelyn; sisters, Velma Raver of Onsted, Mich., Dorothy (Richard) Morris of Howe, Ind., and Judy Baldwin of Sturgis; and brother Jerry (Linda) Fair of Marcellus, Mich.; sisters-in-laws, Carol Fair of Sturgis and Janet Spranger of Battle Creek, MI.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Harold; brothers, Robert Fair, Paul Fair, and Leo Fair; sisters, Doris Garlets, Mary Lou Stettler, Lois Fair, and Edith Harker.
