HealthTRAC Celebrates National Senior Health & Fitness Day

Three Rivers Health & HealthTRAC will join an estimated one thousand local events to celebrate the 18th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day (NSHFD) on Wednesday, May 30. As an official host site, Three River Health & HealthTRAC will hold an open house for seniors (ages 60 and up), and the HealthTRAC facility and group exercise classes will be free from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During this event, HealthTRAC will join with an estimated 100,000 seniors across the country expected to help promote active, healthy lifestyles through physical fitness, good nutrition, and preventative care. HealthTRAC’s open house is a wonderful opportunity for seniors to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier lives through better health and fitness. HealthTRAC offers a variety of group exercise classes for seniors including Silver Water Aerobics at 10:15 a.m., Moving Easy classes at 11:15 a.m., water aerobics from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and yoga stretching classes at 2:15 p.m.
