Rachel Jacobs, 23

Rachel Lee Jacobs, age 23, of Three Rivers, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2012. She was born in Three Rivers on May 20, 1988, the daughter of Bret and Denese (Fox) Jacobs. Rachel attended Howardsville Christian Schools, where she was active in softball and volleyball. She was a true “Country Girl” who loved to be on the farm. She was passionate about horses and riding. She loved being in the barns and working in the fields with her Dad. She also loved to spend time with her Mom in the kitchen making wonderful meals. She also loved to relax at the beach. She enjoyed kayaking and taking a moment to watch the sun set. She enjoyed watching Gray’s Anatomy with Meredith. She was a hard worker who was dedicated to her job at Bronson Hospital. She was always willing to help others and care for those in need. Rachel loved her family and leaves them with many special memories that are never to be forgotten. She leaves behind her loving parents; brother and sisters, Caleb (Meagan) Jacobs, Hannah (Jason) Coney, and Sarah (Josh) Wilkins; boyfriend, Tim Glass; three nieces, Katelynn, Jordyn, and Isis; a nephew, Kyle Russell; many great friends. She was preceded in passing by two nieces, Kayla and Madison Myers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, from 4:00 to 8:00PM. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Howardsville Gospel Chapel, 53441 Bent Rd., Marcellus, MI 49067, beginning at 11:00AM.
