Stanley Gayheart, 44, of LaGrange, Ind., died Sunday, May 27, 2012, at Wesley Healthcare in Auburn, Ind.
Mr. Gayheart was born June 12, 1967, in LaGrange, to Bill Sr. and Ruby (Terry) Gayheart.
Living his lifetime in LaGrange County and St. Joseph County, Mich., he was an electrician at Abbott in Sturgis.
He is survived by his parents, Bill Sr. and Ruby Gayheart of LaGrange; a son, Stanley “Alex” Gayheart of Indianapolis; his fiancée, Tracy Johnson of White Pigeon; a sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Dan Levitz of Wolcottville, Ind.; a brother, Bill Gayheart Jr. of LaGrange; three nieces and a nephew-in-law, Brittney and Jim Brinneman, and Rebecca and Katie Levitz; two great-nieces, Raven and Blair; and a great-nephew, Drake.
He was preceded in death by a nephew, Travis Gayheart, in 2003.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange.
Funeral services will held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in LaGrange.
Memorials may be made to that of the donor’s choice.
