Watson Dale Blair, 53, of Cecil, Ohio, died Sunday, June 3, 2012 at his residence.
He was born July 1, 1958 in Paulding Co, Ohio, the son of Shade and Maggie Ruth (Thompson) Blair. He was employed by General Motors retiring in 2008. He was a member of the UAW and attended Pleasant View Missionary Church, Junction, Ohio.
He is survived by his parents, Shade and Maggie Ruth Blair of Cecil, Ohio; two sons, Russell Blair of Paulding, Ohio and Joshua Blair of Three Rivers; five brothers, Charlie Blair, Doug (Rena) Blair, Dave Blair, all of Cecil, Ohio, Jeff (Chris) Blair of Oakwood, Ohio and Kenny (Lee Ann) Blair of Hicksville, Ohio; a granddaughter, Melody Merckley.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Julie Lynn Lauber.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, June 8 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, Ohio, with Pastor Perry Mason officiating. Burial will be in Blair Adams Sun Valley Cemetery, Cecil, Ohio.
Visitation will be 2:30-8 p.m. Thursday, June 7 and one hour prior to services on Friday at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, Ohio.
