Club has 75th Anniversary

The St. Joseph County Conservation Club observed its 75th anniversary with a community open house and a number of shooting events.

Located off Featherstone Road in Sherman Township, the 142-acre Conservation Club attracted about 300 people for Saturday’s five-hour open house.

Club officials said activities throughout the year are open to the public and new members are always welcome.

The club currently has a roster of 518 members.
