Loretta Joan Stiles, age 64, of Sturgis, passed away early Friday morning, July 20, 2012, at her home.
She was born April 17, 1948, in Clinton, Iowa, a daughter of the late Fred C. and Joan L. (Ball) Bray.
Mrs. Stiles resided in the Sturgis and Bronson area most of her life. On Sept. 16, 1969, she married Roy Stiles in Chicago.
She had been employed by the Sturgis Journal and was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and loved time spent with family especially her grandchildren.
Loretta is survived by her husband, Roy; a daughter, Loretta (Luis) Perez of Three Rivers; four sons, Frederick Roy Stiles, Roy David Stiles and James H. Stiles, all of Sturgis, and John Joseph (Sonja) Stiles of Three Rivers; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles P. Bray of Clinton, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bruce Bray.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or services.
Hackman Family Funeral Homes — Rosenberg Chapel, 807 E. Chicago Road, Sturgis, is entrusted with the arrangements.
