The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the larceny of scrap metal and several other items from outside a residence in the 200 block of east Market Street in Centreville.
The incident occurred between July 1 and 9. Items were taken from next to a garage and included an air-conditioning unit, a basketball hoop frame and electrical wire.
The incident is being investigated by Deputy Mark Mellinger.
