David Michael Dobrowolski, age 34, of Three Rivers passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 16, 2012. He was born on March 26, 1978 in Kalamazoo, MI the son of Douglas R. and Karen J.(Forrest)Dobrowolski.
Dave was a 1996 graduate of Three Rivers High School. He was employed as a maintenance technician for ECM- Manchester Paper Company for nine years. Dave enjoyed fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and playing poker with his friends. He cherished time with his family, especially his niece and nephew. Dave was known for being a loyal and trustworthy friend to all who called on him.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Wesley and Bernice Dobrowolski, Delbert and Phebe Forrest, and one cousin, Cynthia Briggs.
Dave leaves to cherish his loving memory his parents, Douglas Richard and Karen Jean Dobrowolski, of Georgetown, TX; one sister, Elizabeth Sweckard, of Lansing, MI; niece and nephew, Zachary and Madelyn Sweckard, of Lansing, MI; aunts and uncles, Marlon (Rita) Forrest, Larry (Judy) Briggs, Tom (Donna) Curtis, Robert (Marcie) Dobrowolski, and Nancy Dobrowolski; many extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Anderson officiating.
Interment will be held in Parkville Cemetery.
