Adams honored by village of Burr Oak

The Village of Burr Oak recently honored Norma Adams for 18 years of service as a village trustee.

Adams, who chose to not seek re-election, was given an oak plaque by village president Shawn Seeba. The plaque, which was designed and created by Burr Oak resident Dave Pant, was presented in recognition of Adams years of work and dedication to the village.

In addition, Scott Wittlock was presented a certificate for two years of service as he leaves the Burr Oak Village Council.

Meanwhile, two new trustees, John Bogucki and Steve Eldridge, were welcomed as they return to the Burr Oak Village Council following the Nov. 6 general election.
