Joyce P. King, 69, of Coldwater, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at Community Health Center of Branch County.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, also at the funeral home.
Joyce was born Aug. 11, 1943, in Hillsdale. She lived in the Coldwater area nearly all her life. She graduated from Coldwater High School and was a homemaker to her family. On May 9, 1987, she married Robert W. King in Coldwater. Joyce enjoyed playing cards and dice.
She also loved her country music and singing karaoke.
Mrs. King is survived by her husband, Bob; her children, Gary (Elaine) Smith of Bronson, Carolyn Spencer of Coldwater, Margaret Mitchell of Underwood, Iowa, Cynthia Holland of Waterford, Gordon Miller of Pennsylvania, Terry (Lou) King of Alpena, Tammy (Will) Fuller of Centreville, Becky Kruzka of Centreville, Brian (Lisa) King of Georgia, Bobbi (Mike) Garrison of Lansing, Karen Pyrle of Georgia and Kathy (Matt) Beaty of Alabama; two brothers, Milo Small of Silver Springs, Fla., and Larry Small of North Adams; a sister, Arretta Houtz of Coldwater; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; a sister; and two grandsons, Darrell Alan Jennett and Matthew James Fuller.
