Shelba

Shelba

Hi, my name is Shelba. I want you to know that last week’s Pet of the Week, Queenie, was adopted and has found her forever home. Sugar, the kitty from a couple of weeks ago, is still waiting for someone to give her a forever home. I am a grey female, one year old. When people pick me up I start purring and I am very friendly. My family said they had too many females in their home so they brought me here. My hope is to have someone to love and love me. You can find me in Pen 2, Docket #11190, at the St. Joseph County Animal Control Shelter, located at 652 E. Main Street, Centreville. Animal Control is open Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. They will be open this Saturday (first Saturday of each month) from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. Their phone number is 269-467-6475. Up-Cycled Pets needs reliable foster homes so some pets can leave the shelter and learn more about living in a safe home before adoption. Go to www.upcycledpets.com for more information about how to help this group. Please visit the Animal Rescue Fund website at www.arfund.org to see more adoptable pets. Please come and see me and my other friends here.
