Judy Wilcox Durham Doney, 61, of Burr Oak, passed away on March 14, 2013 at Borgess Hospital after a brief illness.
Judy was born on May 8, 1951 in Leonidas. She attended Nottawa School and graduated from Centreville High School in 1969. Over a 30-year period she worked at Franklin Finance, Xerox, Meyer Hydraulics, Harter, and Continental Accessories. Her hobbies were gardening (vegetables and flowers), canning, sewing and quilting, jewelry making and collecting, music with her family, and all things Elvis.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Katherene (Stauffer) Wilcox and Clyde “Bud” Wilcox, and her first husband, Alan Durham.
Judy is survived by husband, Steve Doney; daughters, Jennifer (Rob) Adams of Three Rivers and Rebecca (Andy) Johnson of Elkhart, Ind.; step-children, Robert (Cathy) Durham of East Lyme, Conn., Gwen Hershberger (Jay Miller) of Lagrange, Ind. and Kevin (Jennifer) Doney of Kenosha, Wis.; 11 grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers, James Wilcox and Ed Wilcox; sister, Loretta (Ernie) Eicher.

A celebration and memorial service is scheduled on Saturday, April 20, from 2-4 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Burr Oak.
