Ricki Sullivan, 63

Ricki Rene’ Sullivan, 63, of Three Rivers, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Three Rivers Health after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on March 24, 1949 in Three Rivers, the daughter of Mr. Isaac and Phyllis (Avery) Snow.

Mrs. Sullivan has been a life long resident of Three Rivers. She was employed as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for over 23 years at both Fairview Nursing Facility and later at Heartland Health Care Center. For ten years she owned and operated Ricki’s Rib Rack on South Main St., Three Rivers. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and her true love and passion was taking care of her family, especially her grandsons, her home, and her special animals.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Phyllis Jean Snow; her husband, Mr. Lawrence “Sully” Sullivan; one aunt, Mrs. Joyce Thompson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her father, Isaac Snow of Three Rivers; two sons, Timothy (Shirlee) Miller of Colon and Jeffery Bradley Miller of Three Rivers; three grandsons, Ross Isaac Miller, Lukas Michael Miller and Kaden Bradley Miller; three aunts, Marion Cole, May Snow, and Donna Avery; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, March 18 at the Hohner Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 at the Hohner Funeral Home, with Pastor Kyle Foster of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church officiating.

Interment will be held in Poe Cemetery.

Memorials may be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the St. Joseph County Animal Rescue Fund. Envelopes available at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.hohnerfh.com.
