Carrol Sue Hipskind, 74, of Three Rivers, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on Aug. 6, 1938 in Logansport, Ind., to the late Adrian Graves and Goldie (Wakeman) Stowe.
Carrol married Roger A. Hipskind on Dec. 23, 1955 in Elkhart, Ind.
She leaves behind sons, Allen D. (Amy) Hipskind and Steven T. (Becky) Hipskind, both of Marcellus, Patrick R. Hipskind of Las Vegas, Nev.; a grandson, Dustin (Sara) Hipskind of Three Rivers; a step-grandson, Scott Wells of Constantine; granddaughters, Courtney (Matt) Gillett of Lansing, Jessie Hipskind of Kalamazoo, Ashleigh Hipskind of Marcellus; step-granddaughter, Jennifer Wells of Seattle, Wash.; step-great-grandson, Koveigh Wells; step-great-granddaughter, Eleanor Wells; sisters, Barbara Benn and Mary Nagy, both of Elkhart, Ind., and a brother, Charles Graves of Elkhart.
Carrol was preceded in death by her husband, Roger A. Hipskind; mother, Goldie Mae (Wakeman) Graves Stowe; father, Adrian Graves; step-father, Robert Stowe; sister, Betty Graham; three brothers in-law, Buddy Graham, John Benn and Larry Nagy; nephews, Billy Graham and Darren Benn.
There will be no services per her request.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Elkhart Cremation Services. Interment will be at Prairie Street Cemetery in Elkhart.
