Police are continuing their investigation regarding a sus pect involved in a home in vasion early Thursday on South Jefferson Street in Sturgis.
Sturgis Police said a resident at the home was con fronted in his kitchen by a masked intruder and a struggle ensued. The fami ly dog bit the intruder, caus ing him to flee, police said.
Authorities said the in truder is about 6 feet tall with a slim build, and was last seen wearing a long -sleeve blue shirt with light -colored blue jeans.
