Gloriette Southwell, 76

Gloriette Jean Southwell, 76, of Three Rivers, passed away at Heartland Health Care, Three Rivers, on Monday, June 10, 2013. She was born in Plymouth, Ind. on May 21, 1937 to Elmer and Helen (Hartman) Wallace who preceded her in death along with her son, Curtis M. Stallter and a granddaughter, Stacy Sue Stallter along with a sister, Beverly LeVesque. On Nov. 1, 1980, she married Lewis Southwell in South Bend, Ind. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Pamela (Steven) Benjamin of Three Rivers, Tony L. Stallter of Three Rivers and Timothy (Jodi) Stallter of Mishawaka, Ind. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and two sisters, Phyllis Brown of Mishawaka, Ind. and Delores Hull of Atkins, Arkansas. One brother, DeWain “Bud” Wallace of Portland, Maine also survives. Gloriette was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Fountainview Place, Mishawaka, Ind. for 30 years until her retirement in 1986. She also was a tax consultant for H&R Block for 10 years and a member of Calvary Temple and The Living Word Community Church. Funeral services for Gloriette will take place at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, Ind. on Friday, June 14 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Lloyd Decesaro officiating the services. Friends will be received from noon until the time of the services on Friday. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Living Word Community Church or to Calvary Temple.
