Kira D. VanLeeuwen, age 3, of Constantine, passed away Wednesday, June 12th, 2013 at Elkhart General Hospital. Kira was born in Kalamazoo, on February 10, 2010, a daughter of Christopher and Stacey (David) VanLeeuwen. She will always be remembered for her infectious smile, big brown eyes and long eye lashes. The love she had and shared, not only brightened everyone’s day but will have a lasting effect on their life. This special little Angel will be forever loved and cherished by all her knew her.
Surviving are her mother Stacey (Bill Presswood), Constantine, father Christopher (Nikki Miller) VanLeeuwen, Schoolcraft, sister Kaelyn VanLeeuwen, Constantine, grandparents Steve and Kathy VanLeeuwen, Portage, Karen and Tim Bainbridge, Schoolcraft, Tony and Vanessa David, Colon, Curtis and Denise Ray, Constantine, Gt. grandmothers Jerry West, Sturgis, Marge Verile, Portage and Elaine VanLeeuwen, Portage, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine where Religious Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, with Reverend Dr. Stephen Ross officiating.
