Show moving to fairgrounds

The St. Joseph County Horseman’s Association has announced it is moving Saturday’s 4-H Program Pleasure Fundraiser and Gymkhana Fundraiser shows to the county fairgrounds.

Council board member Sherri Rivers said the association is grateful for the cooperation of fair manager Bill Johnson and the fair’s board members for accommodating on such short notice.

Rivers said food will be available and stalls for anyone wishing to rent a stall for their horse. She added the event features all open shows and the public is invited to watch local 4-H youth compete for year-end points and awards at the two-ring show.
