Thurston Woods Village celebrates 60th Anniversary

A Sturgis-based, independent-living facility celebrated its 60th anniversary Sunday, when more than 100 people attended its open-house celebration.

Thurston Woods Village was the scene of a morning worship service, which was followed by a tour of the facility and its new garden area.
