Jaamil (handsome) Naeem (blessing) Drayton passed on Oct. 20, 2013 at the all too young age of four. Only God could’ve inspired a name for such a “Beautiful Blessing.” Jaamil truly epitomized what beauty is inside and out.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents, Herbert and Yvette Drayton; his brother, Christopher; his sister, Kaamil; his niece, Kamaariah; his uncles, Deven, Nausa, Tim, Donyell, Farad, Khalid and Hakim; his aunts, Alicia, Denita, Paris, Shawn, Bayyanh, Naseesah and Kasha; a host of other relatives and friends. Jaamil was preceded in death by his brother Khalil, his aunt Aisha and his grandmother Irene.
A service celebrating the miracle and life of Jaamil will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers, MI 49093. Online condolences may be left at www.hohnerfh.com.
