A two-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon in Lockport Township resulted in occupants from both automobiles seeking medical treatment.
State police investigators said a northbound car on U.S. 131 was approaching North Main Street when the driver of a southbound Ford Contour attempted to turn left onto Main Street in front of it.
A 17-year-old Three Rivers girl was driving the Contour. A 21-year-old front-seat passenger was transported to Three Rivers Health; a 17-year-old backseat passenger was airlifted to Bronson Hospital.
The nature of their injuries and the names of the people involved in the incident were not disclosed in a state police media release.
A 74-year-old passenger in the northbound vehicle was also taken to Three Rivers Health.
