Thomas “Tommy” Ray Oswalt III, age 17, of Three Rivers, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 19th, 2014. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI. on October 3, 1996 the son of Thomas Ray Oswalt II and Michele Marie (Kelley) LaPlant.
Tommy has been a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. He attended Three Rivers Schools where he was very active in Band, Football, and Cross Country. Tommy loved to play paintball, game design, play video games, and was extremely knowledgeable with electronics. Tommy will always be remembered for helping others, always being very unselfish, and his love of “Ramen Noodles”. His smile and bright personality will be missed by all.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, parents, Thomas “Ray” (Kathie Clark) Oswalt II, of Three Rivers; Michele Marie LaPlant, of Menominee, MI.; brother, Brier Jacob Oswalt, of Menominee; grandparents, Thomas (June) Oswalt, of Three Rivers, Bill (Jo) Kelley, of St. Ignace, MI.; Step-brothers, Jack and George Clark and Connor LaPlant; Step-sisters, Haley Hagedorn and Ashley LaPlant; Aunts, Jennifer (Lyle) Consul, of Kalamazoo, and Krista (Preston) Kelley; Uncles, Daniel and Jeff Kelley. Many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Mr. Ted Cross officiating.
