Frank Jenkins Wright Jr., age 59, Kalamazoo, formerly of Three Rivers, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at his home. He was born on September 23, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Frank Sr. and Bertha Mae White.
Frank was an avid sports fan and excelled at basketball and tennis. He coached youth sports and loved his children and grandchildren.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, one daughter, Ericka (Kevin) Hamilton, of Three Rivers; two sons, Jeffery (Tiffany) Wright, of Lansing, MI., and Frank Wright, of Atlanta, GA.; three sisters, Jacqueline Grey, Susan Roberts, and Canary Bryant; one brother, Mark L. Wright; four grandchildren, Elijah and Amaya Hamilton, and Nyah and Ella Wright.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his celebration at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the Hohner Funeral Home 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers, MI 49093 with Joe Cooper, Jr. officiating. A repass will be held New Jerusalem Baptist Church of Three Rivers, MI. following service.
